Our primary tool is a simple, yet powerful, food diary. This online diet journal connects our members to a database of thousands of food items (including menu items from many popular restaurants). Our members simply search our database and add the foods they have eaten to their food diary. We take this information and, using the power of computers and the Internet, analyze the nutritional content of the food eaten.
Our system is much more than a calorie counter. We also track carbohydrates, fats, saturated fats, protein, fiber, cholesterol, sugars, calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, and alcohol. Click here to view a sample report.
