 You will receive $6 for each paying new member you refer.
The affiliate fee is paid once per new member.
We do not charge a fee to join our Affiliate Program.
We send commission checks monthly for affiliates referring 50 or more members per month.
We send commission checks quarterly (i.e., Jan, April, July, October) for affiliates referring less than 50 members per month.
You will receive commission checks only for quarters in which you refer at least 2 new members.
You will receive commissions only for referrals originating from the domain listed on your account, or from an aHealthChoice approved email.
Email solicitation must be approved prior to the email being sent. Email list must not be rented, or purchased, all names must have been opt-in, IP address and date added must be part of the email address.
You will receive a commission for each referral that results in enrollment within 180 days [Note: Subject to other terms of this agreement.]
If a new member is referred by multiple affiliate sites, the affiliate with the most recent referral preceding enrollment will receive the commission.
The new member must maintain his or her member status for at least 7 days.
You must select from our list of approved banner ads and links, or a request for permission to use other text or graphics must be made. Permission must be granted by aHealthChoice staff before using.
The new member must have his or her browser configured to accept cookies.
We reserve the right to remove you from our affiliate program at any time. If this occurs, we will pay you for new member referrals up to the time of your removal.
We may modify these terms by updating this posting. By using this Site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current terms of use to which you are bound.
